I usually reserve our grilling recipes for the weekend because then my grill master of a husband is home to grill. He is so skilled at cooking, grilling, smoking meat that it really discourages me from ever wanting to learn. He is just so so good at it. This is recipe is so easy and delicious but don’t take my word for it, fire up the grill and give this recipe a go! I mean, come on… look at this picture. Actually, first you may want to grab a napkin to catch the drool that will be spilling out of the corner of your mouth as you gaze at said photo.
Is London Broil Affordable?
London Broil is meat that I find on sale very frequently (Around $3.00 per pound). Usually, we can get away with using 1.5 pounds of meat to feed my family of 8. Being perfectly candid, I must admit we don’t usually have left overs and do not walk away feeling super full as if we gorged ourselves on meat. However, we all get enough and feel full. That said, this meal may cost you more depending on how much meat you eat. I always try to have sides that are filling, so we don’t have to rely only on the meat to fill us up. For example, roasted sweet potatoes and regular potatoes are a great side that are definitely filling. Basically, if you reduce the amount of meat you eat, you will save money. I don’t actually do too many vegetarian meals but I always reduce the amount of meat, when I can.
